This is the foyer when you enter:
(The entry is on the right; the door on the left is the laundry.)
Immediately on the left when you enter is the Formal Dining room:
And the kitchen is right off the dining room with an eat-in-kitchen:
(There is an entry to the screened in porch to the right of the table. Cameron and Emalyn got me those flowers for my birthday, by the way Happy Belated Birthday Aunt HR!!)
(And yes there is another entry to the screened in porch.)
This is the Hall Bath (full bath):
Since the kids were napping, I didn't get their bedrooms, but here is the Master Bedroom, with our Master (3/4) Bath:
(There is a walk in closet to the left of this photo.)
I will get some more shots of the screened in porch, the kiddo's rooms and the common entry, since this is a Manor Home. I like to have this documented so that we can always remember our first place...more to come, though!
I will admit, we have loved living here but are just out growing it. Cameron and I both agree that if we had a basement and two car garage (there's only a single stall), we'd really have no reason to leave...Please pray for us that this place will sell. Houses seem to be moving quick(er) around here, but condos/town homes are just S.I.T.T.I.N.G.
Have a good week!

Kristy, it's lovely! Looks as though it had been professionally staged, too--you did a fabulous job! I like your taste. :) But then I figured I would!
We sold our duplex home about a year and a half ago. I was so nervous to put it on the market and almost didn't want to risk it, because there was so much on the market in our area and just not moving. We had about 4-5 showings and it sold in a month. Miraculous. God wanted it to sell and it sold! I'm SURE (based on things I see around here, anyway) that your house looks WAY better than a lot of others that potential buyers will see, and that makes a difference!
I will pray for you that it sells. I know what that waiting feels like! And it's a pain to live always ready for a showing. Here's another story to encourage you, I hope--the showing that sold our house happened when I was out at a women's meeting and my husband had to suddenly get the house ready and two kids out by himself. When I came home I was all critical because he hadn't done some of the things I always did for a showing. Well, God showed me!!!! Because the next day the buyer made an offer. :)
So all that to say--with God all things are possible! And also that I totally understand how much of a blessing some extra space can be. Basements and garages are good things. :)
Your words mean so much Sarah, thank you.
We've been on the market about 3-4 weeks, and beyond a shadow of a doubt, I KNOW God has a plan...but my own impatience wins out a lot-too much-of the time.
Your two stories are an encouragement. And I know God knew I needed to hear about your experiences. I am pretty much betting it will happen the same way your did too, with my husband having to get the house ready, me being critical, and God making it happen. I actually thought of that situation the other night ;)
In his time...and here's to extra space!!
